∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University,Sylhet Agricultural University students will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure tea plantation in different location of tea estate under a set policy of the company.
∎ Raise quality planting materials of tea in the nursery.
∎ Ensure quality of tea production.
∎ Improve standard of work at field level.
∎ Ensure judicious use of agro-chemicals, field inputs etc.
∎ Ensure maintenance of irrigation set, vehicle etc.
∎ Manage the tea estate roster duty as part of job to monitor and ensure quality tea processing.
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned by supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
