Job Context:
∎ We are requiring candidates who have completed CA-CC from anyone of top 05 CA Farm, completed BBA and MBA with Finance, Accounting and Banking from BRAC University, University of Dhaka, North South University, 5 to 7 years working experience from relevant companies, experience in managing team, who have the working experience on Tally Software will get the priority. Those who are experienced in working with Finance Department are highly encouraged to apply for the required position.

∎ Office time: 8:30am-5:30pm
∎ Working day: Saturday to Thursday

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication and correspondence with Schedule Banks.
∎ Bank loan proposal and renewal.
∎ Continuously monitoring over the credit facilities limit.
∎ Supports bank with relevant documents
∎ Supervise the finance functions.
∎ Monitor and supervise the team members
∎ Maintain liaison with lawyer, surveyors and legal advisor
∎ Negotiate with bank for credit facilities
∎ Maintain close correspondence with commercial teams
∎ Knowledge over project loan, loan creation, loan settlement.
∎ Knowledge over LC, LATR, Demand Loan and Term Loan.
∎ Good knowledge over international banking, trade finance and loan management.
∎ Preparation of credit rating.
∎ Bank Loan reconciliation and analysis
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience directly with treasury and banking
∎ Skills over report writing in English.
∎ Advance knowledge in Excel
∎ Knowledge with trading business.
∎ Updated knowledge on BRPD circulars.

Salary: Negotiable
