Experience:
The candidate must hold an M. Com / MBA in Accounting with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class / division, or comparable academic standing in all examinations from a recognized university
The candidate must hold a professional qualification such as CA (CC), CMA, ACCA
Age, academic credentials, and professional experience requirements may be waived for candidates demonstrating extraordinary qualifications and a proven record of excellence
Must have knowledge in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel, Power Point etc.)
Must have knowledge of people management etc
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
Must have knowledge of accounting standard, principles, financial reporting, budgeting, VAT and Taxation, Information Management, ERP/Accounting software, Cost management & Financial analysis, and procurement procedure
Must be able to think strategically and carry out assigned tasks independently
Must be able to facilitate and encourage open communication in the team
Must be proactive, highly motivated and able to use initiative to a significant degree

Support to prepare of all accounting, financial statement and MIS reports
Maintain general ledger, proper documentation, and support audits
Ensure compliance with standard accounting principles and organizational policies
Assist to prepare annual budget and business plan for business operation in line with the organisation’s strategic priorities and overall business goal
Analyse business performance, sales trends, cost structures, and profitability
Develop financial models to support management decision-making
Assist to prepare financial feasibility reports for new projects or investments
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries
Maintain adherence to finance and accounting procedures and improve internal controls
Assist accounts officers and support staff, assign responsibilities, and review performance provide guidance, mentoring, and training to strengthen team capabilities
Coordinate with Procurement, Internal Audit, HR, Sales, Operations, and other relevant departments
Response to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders
Support ERP operating activities and ensure proper usage of finance modules
Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system‑related issues
Assist supervisor for local and international procurement of machinery and equipment, feeds and medicine for all Hatcheries and promotional materials for Sales and Marketing activities as per BPGIP and PMP guidelines and also assist field Accountants for local purchase
Ensure field visit to maintain the quality and accuracy of reported data
Support management in strategic planning, policy formulation, and performance improvement initiatives
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Carry out additional tasks assigned by senior management
