∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ knowledge in drug composition, regulatory framework, health and safety protocols as well as cGMP practices
∎ Performs jobs assigned by Supervisor pertaining to installation, modification, fabrication, testing, servicing and repairs of equipment with adherence to site change control procedures or minor projects.
∎ Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
∎ Ability to read system schematics and Advanced troubleshooting skills of the PLC, Inverter, Servo drive Motor, Electromechanical systems.
∎ Able to face Local or foreign inspection and must be DGDA inspection capability
∎ Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
∎ Good communication and training skills.
∎ Ability to work with heavy equipment.
∎ Have practice to report his Supervisor on regular basis
∎ Cleanroom & HVAC operation and maintenance
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance of pharmaceuticals machines
∎ Responding to breakdowns
∎ Diagnosing faults
∎ Repairing equipment
∎ Documentations
∎ Profound Knowledge on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
∎ Calibration & Validation and preventive maintenance on all types of industrial instruments for temperature, pressure, level, flow, RH and analyzers
∎ Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
∎ Creating maintenance procedures
∎ Managing stocks of supplies and equipment’s
