• Must be proficient in English Speaking.

• Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.

• Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a team.

• Hands-on experience with Substation, HT- LT Panel, ATS panel, PFI panel, AC- DC Motor , , AVR, Diesel Generator, Solar Plant, UPS, MDB,DB, SDB and DPDC - DESCO Connection, All type pump controlling and Automation.

• Performed daily inspections of each the building to check for normal operations of HVAC and electrical equipment.

• Execute timely operational plans, electrical system installation and compliance monitoring.

• Perform maintenance on electrical circuitry, equipment, and systems. Regularly check the quality of different task and work and the methods used by technicians and keep consumption records & checklists of the same.

• Ensure all control panels, AVR and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.

• Ensure adherence to all SOP (standard operating procedure) in all processes as well as utility equipment and Perform tasks with proper safety standards.

• To Repair and Maintain Diesel Generator, substation and Lift. Troubleshooting any kind of electrical problems.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to service.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.

• To visit super hostel branches and support any emergency basis.
