Experience:

• 8 to 12 years

• Higher Secondary

• Candidates only having good knowledge on embroidery are requested to apply
• Should have proven experience in Embroidery Quality Assurance Department
• Good Communication skills
• Good Team Management & Time Management skill
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
• Good inter-personal & communication skills

• To Follow buyer quality standard properly

• To ensure quality as per buyer approved artwork or sample

• To ensure color quality

• To check the placement of embroidery

• To check that the design size is ok or not

• Have to properly check the defects like poor registration, fabric grain through or gripping, missed trims, bunching at corners, poor stitch balance, needle holes, poor stitch density & poor hoping, etc.

• Should give the proper solution to avoid all kinds of defects

• Have to communicate with the merchandisers for any correction or change

• Have to discuss with the Factory Head for any kind of troubleshooting

• Any other tasks are given by the Management

• Mobile bill,Medical allowance,Insurance
• Festival Bonus: 2
