Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

  • Halda Valley Food & Beverage Ltd. is seeking an Asst. Manager – Ecommerce Lead to drive and manage the company’s online sales channels. The role will be responsible for developing ecommerce strategies, managing marketplace operations, driving digital sales growth, and ensuring strong brand presence across all online platforms.

  • This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution and sustainable ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute ecommerce growth strategies aligned with company business goals

  • Identify new online sales opportunities, platforms, and partnerships

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior

Marketplace & Channel Management

  • Manage all ecommerce platforms (Daraz, Chaldal, Foodpanda Shops, company website, etc.)

  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and content optimization

  • Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns and visibility

Sales & Performance Management

  • Own ecommerce sales targets and drive monthly/quarterly growth

  • Track KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, traffic, and order fulfillment

  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management

Digital Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute ecommerce promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on digital ads, banners, and brand campaigns

  • Optimize product visibility through SEO, paid ads, and platform tools

Operations & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability

  • Manage order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer experience

  • Forecast demand for ecommerce channels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Guide junior executives or third-party agencies (if applicable)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations.
