Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree (Preferably in marketing, business or related field);
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys;
∎ Preparing promotional presentations and organizing promotional events;
∎ Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website;
∎ Writing marketing literature for company courses, brochures and online contents;
∎ Preparing accurate reports on our online marketing campaign's overall performance;
∎ Coordinating with other departments to improve marketing results;
∎ Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotes and target audience;
∎ Working with Head of Marketing to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and softwares;
∎ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics;
∎ Highly creative with excellent analytical ability;
∎ Up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing;
∎ Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to perform multi-task and meet strict deadline and to follow instruction and work independently on projects.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly experienced and qualified candidates
