Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide consultation services to students and parents on our courses;
∎ To maximise conversion rates of enquiries by following up telephone and e-mail enquiries;
∎ To provide students at Patronus Education with good post-sales service so that they enjoy a good experience with the organization;
∎ To ensure that all reports and databases are updated and recorded in a timely and accurate manner;
∎ To acquire and maintain an excellent level of product knowledge at all times by attending training and observing classes;
∎ To ensure distribution of promotional materials in public areas;
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of practical experience in relevant field (optional);
∎ IT skills, communication skills, good problem solving skill;
∎ Sales techniques;
∎ IELTS score (added quality)

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly experienced and qualified candidates
