Job Context:
EW Villa Medica Bangladesh is a leading center for Aesthetic and Regenerative Treatments, dedicated to offering advanced anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, and wellness solutions through state-of-the-art European technology. We are looking for a target-driven, creative, and strategic Assistant Manager-Digital Marketing who will lead our online marketing initiatives, expand our digital footprint, and generate patient leads through innovative campaigns. The candidate should have sound knowledge of aesthetic and regenerative treatments and experience in managing a content creation team to meet brand and sales goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all online and social media platforms.
Manage and monitor Facebook boosting and paid ad campaigns targeting aesthetic and regenerative treatment clients/patients.
Expand business reach and brand engagement through Google, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Create and manage lead generation campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
Lead and guide the content creation team, including graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters, to produce engaging digital content.
Coordinate with sales and medical teams to ensure effective campaign-to-conversion outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for better ROI.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure high visibility through creative marketing initiatives.
