∎ Job Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain a Talent Pipeline for current and future business needs.
∎ Formulate appropriate Recruitment Strategy and Implement state of the art selection and acquisition tactics smartly to onboard the right candidates at the right time.
∎ Plan effective employer branding initiatives and implement properly.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient campus recruitment program.
∎ Continuously update assessment methods to meet the selection need.
∎ Ensure HRIS software development and maintenance
∎ Ensure employee on-boarding process & employee knowledge development.
