Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree, but educational requirement may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement the security plans and procedures to ensure that, plants are well secured 24/7.
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for overall security of human resources, material and information of the factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on C-TPAT, GSV & SCS policy and procedure.
∎ Control and managing power to monitor entire Security Team within the Company.
∎ Co-ordinate with the Management and worker to implement the Security Policy, rules & regulations.
∎ Prepare annual training calendar and conduct training as per calendar.
∎ Initiate and conduct investigations involving incidents/accidents related to missing items, trespassing as well as any security breach.
∎ Liaison and coordinate with government and local law enforcing agencies and manage relevant issues.
∎ Prepare and submit report on Security Core activities periodically (as per requirement) to the management.
∎ Induction training must be given to new security guards.
∎ Ensure that all guards know the stranger challenging procedures.
∎ Duty distribution & follow up / monitoring as well as ensure hourly patrolling by guard tour system.
∎ Must be strong capability to handle the local and foreigner Visitors & Auditors.
∎ Maintaining proper locking system & Ensure Man, Machine & Material safety for whole factory premises.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be defense background with 5-6 years experience in reputed textile and RMG industries.
∎ The applicant is currently serving as a Security In-charge / Sr. Security In-Charge or similar post in the reputed company.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Any Security Related Training
∎ Training/Trade Course: Basic Fire Safety Training, C-TPAT, GSV & SCS Training.
∎ Skills Required: Security related activities

Salary: Negotiable
