∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience 3-7 years’ in relevant QC department of any Pharmaceuticals company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage and develop qualified staff to ensure effective execution of tasks, GLP and cGMP compliance and to attain operational and development goals.
∎ Manage and provide oversight of the Quality Control laboratories to include Production, Raw materials, Stability Study, Microbiology and Packaging Components.
∎ Drive continuous improvement with a focus on reducing lab lead time, developing effective capacity to address future constraints and improving overall lab efficiencies.
∎ Maintain all equipment especially UV- Spectrophotometer, Bloom Tester, Disintegrate Tester, Dissolution Tester & Muffle Furnace according to schedule and standard operating procedure.
∎ Verification of test method of finished product and raw materials as per pharmacopoeia.
∎ Carry out accelerated and real time stability study of finished product.
∎ To organized the development of analytical method validation.
∎ Drive process improvements through risk mitigation activities and investigations that utilize effective root cause analysis.
∎ To carry out the SOP as needed for the department.
∎ Prepare test solution & volumetric solution, standardize of volumetric solution with proper documents.
∎ To ensure all equipment are calibrated and records are updated.
∎ Ensure retention sample of all raw material (RM) & Finished Products (FP) as per SOP.
∎ To ensure proper and safe storage of samples, Reference Standard, Working Standards, Retention samples and Reagents.
∎ To review Specifications, Test Procedures and SOPs (QC).
∎ Maintain laboratories and ensuring adequate supply of equipment/reagents etc. for daily operations.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned. Any other jobs assigned by GM & Management.
