Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Study and collect land-related information and necessary documents from landowners, media, and others.
∎ Visit locations of potential lands and cross-check with the collected information.
∎ Examine the feasibility of the land and prepare an efficient proposal.
∎ Continuous follow-up with the potential and prospective landowners for joint venture project.
∎ Negotiate with land owners regarding Deed of Agreement (DOA), Power of Attorney (POA) etc.
∎ Coordinate with the architect and logistics department for the necessary requirements of land acquisition·
∎ Prepare draft budget for new and existing landowners’ payments
