- Master of Science (MSc) in Physics
BSc / MSc in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) or Health Technology from a recognized university.

Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Willingness to travel extensively as required to meet clients and manage sales activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, plan, and execute the overall tendering process in compliance with organizational policies and procurement guidelines.
Review tender notices, analyze requirements, and prepare responsive technical and financial proposals.
Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and timely submission of all tender-related materials.
Liaise with government entities, clients, and relevant authorities to obtain tender-related information and updates.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to collect necessary inputs for tender preparation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and procurement regulations to enhance bid competitiveness.
Maintain and update a tender tracking system, ensuring transparency, record-keeping, and audit compliance
Supervise and guide the tender team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.
Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management regarding tender status and outcomes.
Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in all tendering activities.
