∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Candidates having CA (CC) from a reputed firm will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining accounting and financial system according to IAS/IFRS
∎ Ensure internal control & procedure in approval process on various supplier's bill of project cost, as well as ensure all compliance in Payment and documentation.
∎ Payment to suppliers & Contractors.
∎ Prepare reports as required, review and classify documents for proper accounting documentation
∎ Prepare withholding tax return as required by the income tax law.
∎ VAT related papers preparation, in time deposit and ensure Tax & VAT Return
∎ Manage annual Tax Return submission, documentation, Company Tax & VAT return submission.
∎ Prepare tax status and payment reports for the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (MS office, Accounting software ).
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
