Education:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Partial qualification in CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Business Planning and Budgeting, Data Analysis, Experience in using Accounts Software, In-depth knowledge of local Income Tax and VAT laws.
∎ The candidates Should be Chartered Accountants (CA) who have completed 800 marks.
∎ Partial qualification in CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Business Planning and Budgeting, Data Analysis, Experience in using Accounts Software, In-depth knowledge of local Income Tax and VAT laws.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic financial policies to align with the company’s business objectives.
∎ Ensure proper record-keeping and accounting of all financial transactions. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management decision-making.
∎ Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for operational efficiency.
∎ Implement internal audit mechanisms to enhance financial transparency and accountability.
∎ Ensure adherence to tax regulations, VAT, income tax, corporate tax, and other financial laws.
∎ Maintain liaison with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
∎ Oversee cash flow management, fund allocation, and investment strategies.
∎ Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and operational expenditures.
∎ Lead ERP/SAP financial module integration and automation for financial efficiency.
∎ Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per Bangladesh Accounting Standard (BAS) and report to the Management Carry on Financial Analysis Prior experience in SAP, TALLY, QuickBooks, ERP or Similar accounting software in required.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial laws (VAT & SD Act 2012 and Rules 2016), tax policies (income tax Act, 2023), and regulatory frameworks.
∎ Make Sure the compliance of internal audit, Income Tax and VAT Responsible for fund management, investments, banking issue, inventory, business planning analysis, new project viability analysis, audit, cost control, and asset management Reporting for External Authorities
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions
∎ Develop and implement strategic financial policies to align with the company’s business objectives.
