Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
• IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,BRAC University,North South University students will get preference

• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Chartered Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Gas, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Age 32 to 45 years

• Ability to work under pressure.

• The candidates having good conceptual knowledge and practical experience are strongly advised to apply. Education may be relaxed for potential candidates.

• Candidates who are not in line with the requirements strongly discouraged to apply.

• Practical experience on e-GP Tender and Manual Tender Submission Independently.

• Monitor government procurement and other portals, industry news to stay informed about upcoming projects and initiatives.

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in government tendering, required tender document preparation and submission management.

• Reviewing tender documents requirements and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification and financial criteria, getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.

• Ensure that all tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing information, and compliance statements are accurately formatted, consistent, complete and compliance met with tender requirements.

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in government procurement to inform bid strategies and tactics.

• Sourcing of capable supplier(s) ensuring effective procurement of, quality materials with competitive price by way of effective negotiation and obtaining management approval of each consignment.

• Coordinate with concerned Department, C & F Agents and Transport Agency after arrival of the consignments at port for ensuring smooth delivery of the same to the project

• Maintain deed of agreements in connection to a series of specific procurement covering a certain span of time or a future procurement towards protection of company interest

• Develop and execute procurement plans for different materials and chemicals for maintaining uninterrupted project operation

• Maintain and update the database of procurement to report supervisor from time to time

• Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.

• Plans, manages and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
