Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upload sales and collection data to Tally
∎ Daily DN and Invoice Reconciliation
∎ Fortnightly remainder to sales team for delivery on Pending SO quantity
∎ Monthly dealer Ledger balance check Within Seven working days of the following month.
∎ Software modification as required by communicate with software developer and ensure the effective use of information.
∎ Update data regularly and trained user group of sales ERP software and monitor in daily basis as required to collect information from it to ensure maximum advantage structured information.
∎ Develop SOP and Flow chart of depot operation and ensure necessary software up gradation by communicate with developer, circulated to respective user and trained them.
∎ Develop Flow Chat, Job specification, work layout for Procurement Procedure by collecting references and arrange meeting with resource person (SCM, Commercial, used group) and develop diagram and coordinate with software developer to ensure the work done.
∎ Develop Flow Chat, Job specification, work layout for Inventory management by collecting references and arrange meeting with resource person (Store, Process, SCM and used group) and develop diagram and coordinate with software developer to ensure the work done.
∎ Prepare SOP of Local purchase and update Supplier list and supplier acceptance criteria form and develop VAT rebate taking procedure and ensure time to time information update in the VAT return to take maximum VAT rebate facilities.
