∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Dahua products to distribution channels.
∎ Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
∎ Implement efficient distribution strategies to optimize the supply chain.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to understand market demand and customer requirements.
∎ Provide product knowledge and training to the sales team to enhance their ability to promote Dahua products effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to boost sales.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in product distribution and service.
∎ Utilize data analytics tools to analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators.
∎ Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategies for improvement.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the distribution of Dahua products.
∎ Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to achieve overall business objectives.
∎ Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in product distribution, preferably in the technology or security industry.
∎ Strong understanding of distribution processes and supply chain management.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Familiarity with Dahua products and the security industry is a plus.
Salary: Negotiable
