∎ Masters/MBA/Textile Engineer from a reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Negotiation Skills, Telecommunication Products & Services
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping Customer documents up to date at CRM software.
∎ Customers should be directed to the proper staff members.
∎ Prepare contract and transaction documentation at CRM Module.
∎ Potential customers should be notified and keep the record at CRM Module.
∎ Organize and coordinate operations.
∎ To promote your products and services, make contact with present and potential clients.
∎ Answer queries from customers about products and services.
∎ Present promotional materials to current and potential customers.
∎ Customers should be informed about technical product and service details.
∎ Keep track of your customers accounts.
∎ Provide content for sales presentations and other marketing materials.
∎ Taking calls and directing them or providing information
∎ Make plans to meet with potential customers.
∎ Keep an eye on market conditions and trends.
∎ Respond to product and service inquiries via phone and social media in both Bengali and English.
∎ To promote your products and services, make contact with the present and potential customers.
∎ Handle tele sales and follow up until the order is delivered.
∎ Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationships.
∎ Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
∎ Expand the customer base by upselling, cross-selling, and partnering. Keep track of your customers' accounts.
∎ Supervise the team's interactions with customers.
∎ Meet with the sales force in the organization to plan strategically.
∎ Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
