Graduation in any discipline with relevant experience
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain relationship with customer for installment collection and provide installment related support service as well as collect installment as schedule
Maintain all customers file and opening register
Check customers application form and customers file if any shortage of documents
Follow deed of agreement rules/terms & condition
Provide reminder mail and call to client as per installment date
Payment clearance letter preparation and preservation
Various reminder letter issue, Phone conversation & SMS
Ensure 100% installment collection against target or of any sales by clearance
Customer’s loan payment collection and advance installment collection
Preservation of build measurement document, actual utility cost document, modification clearance certificate and registration deed’s related document
To perform own job and responsibility the provision of valid SOP or instruction and delegation by authority shall be followed
Any other activities assigned by management when as required
