• Graduation in any discipline with relevant experience

• Maintain relationship with customer for installment collection and provide installment related support service as well as collect installment as schedule

• Maintain all customers file and opening register

• Check customers application form and customers file if any shortage of documents

• Follow deed of agreement rules/terms & condition

• Provide reminder mail and call to client as per installment date

• Payment clearance letter preparation and preservation  

• Various reminder letter issue, Phone conversation & SMS

• Ensure 100% installment collection against target  or of any sales by clearance

• Customer’s loan payment collection and advance installment collection

• Preservation of build measurement document, actual utility cost document, modification clearance certificate and registration deed’s related document

• To perform own job and responsibility the provision of valid SOP or instruction and delegation by authority shall be followed

• Any other activities assigned by management when as required
