Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help to plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function.
∎ Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities.
∎ To develop a standard costing system.
∎ Manage the transition from the existing cost environment to a standard cost System.
∎ Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis.
∎ Manage day-to-day operation of existing cost accounting function.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 05 years experience in any 100% export-oriented composite home textile industry (Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Printing & Processing, Garments, etc).
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, and Banking.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanisms.
∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should have experience in software-based accounting systems.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard-working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Gazipur.
