Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC) will be preferable
∎ Skills Required: Merchant Bank, Share Market

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank and Financial Institution, Brokerage House, Merchant Bank
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work to help monitor orders, executions, allocations, best execution, trading errors, and more.
∎ Work with Legal team to analyze changes to regulatory requirements, handle regulatory inquiries and investigations, and more.
∎ Communicate regularly with access persons, supervised persons, and registered representatives.
∎ Ensure compliance of BSEC, CDBL, DSE, and Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Manage customer compliance department properly.
∎ Having good knowledge of Rules and Regulation of BSEC.
∎ Preparing and submitting all regulatory reports of DSE and BSEC.
∎ Submission of DSE audit report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Well conversant on MS-Office.
∎ Pleasant personality
∎ Professional relationship with BSEC, DSE and CDBL

Salary: Negotiable
