∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and lead the overall custom & bond function for 100% export-oriented (deemed) Washing & Accessories Factory as per government compliance.
∎ Maintain In-Bond, Ex-Bond & UP statement with Custom-Bond Register.
∎ Prepare UP and have a strong knowledge of UP related documents.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge of the HS code, Customs Act, and Bond formalities.
∎ Prepare yearly Import and Export Customs statements for Bond Audit.
∎ To maintain strong liaison with Customs office, DEDO and other government bodies related customs and bond.
∎ Handle customs related all responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, receive any kind of certificate, Bank Guarantee, NOC.
∎ Ensure to collect all import related documents from C&F after release the goods.
∎ Communicate directly with customs house, customs bond Commissionerate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
