Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Prepare & coordinate the CO PM calendar with the zone & back office.
  2. Ensure on-time preparation of CO LLVD/BLVD and SLD layouts in the system.
  3. Provide input on preventive maintenance actions in the central system and summarize the corrective action list.
  4. Prepare a list of items required as per the PM report and arrange to get management approval for the budget.
  5. Ensure on-time inputs of Central & Connect Master data.
  6. On-time process of PR, PO, Material usage, and Billing.
  7. Check the Electrical bill of CO.
  8. Maintain CO Master Database.
  9. Maintain daily Portable & Diesel Generator Logs files.
  10. Maintain power system Monitoring file.
  11. Ensure over-the-phone support to team members of different Departments (Regional Operations, IP, DWDM, Implementation, and Operations).
  12. Train technicians for industry best practices for Installation, Workmanship & Safety measures.
  13. Motivate technicians and vendors through counseling and provide training and coaching.
  14. Make sure every technician and vendor has a clear understanding of their responsibilities.
  15. Coordinate with different stakeholders to provide support for network expansion and optimization works.
  16. Team competency development; Increase Employee Engagement through Various Programs to Attract, Retain, and Develop Talent Guided by Training/Meetings/ Zone Visit/, Workshop.
  17. Adaptation & Implementation of Spare & Tools Dimensioning for Smooth Operation.
