∎ A leading 100% export-oriented group of companies is seeking an Assistant Manager – Alternative Cash Assistance Files (Cash Incentive Accounts). This role is responsible for managing the administration, tracking, and optimization of cash incentive programs. The successful candidate will ensure accurate processing, reporting, and analysis of incentive accounts while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as banks, audit firms, and government agencies to align incentive programs with organizational goals.
∎ Incentive Program Administration:Manage the end-to-end process of alternative cash assistance and incentive plans, including preparation, submission, and compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.Ensure timely and accurate calculation of incentives in alignment with regulatory policies application submitted to the commercial banks.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders i.e. Commercial Bank, Audit Firm, Bangladesh Bank and Government Audit Agencies to gather and validate incentive amount along with relevant information.
∎ Account Management:Maintain detailed and accurate records of all cash incentive accounts and ensure regular reconciliation.Analyze incentive trends and provide insights for optimizing program effectiveness.Promptly resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incentive accounts.
∎ Reporting & Analysis:Prepare detailed and timely reports on cash incentive performance metrics for management review.Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and improve transparency.Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the efficiency of incentive structures.
∎ Stakeholder Collaboration:Liaise with commercial banks, audit firms, government audit agencies, and internal teams such as finance and commercial to align incentive goals with organizational objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for all cash incentive-related queries and escalations.
∎ Compliance & Policy Adherence:Ensure all cash incentive processes comply with local regulations, Bangladesh Bank policies, and internal company policies.Regularly review and update incentive processing procedures to maintain audit readiness and ensure alignment with regulatory changes.
