3-4 Years` proven work experience in the Core Brand Team in a reputed organization. Candidate from FMCG (food lndustry) will get preference.
Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Good negotiation skill.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
Strong analytical ability.
Data Analytical, Customer Trend Analysis, Market research, Business Knowledge.
Biased to action, Team Player, Attention to detail.
Should have good knowledge at Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
High level of professional integrity.
Analyzing data for trends, insights and information;
Preparing Marketing Plan and Execution;
New Product Development;
Managing budgets to support branding efforts;
Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency;
Prepare necessary marketing intelligence report;
Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors.
