Education: - Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Marketing, or Business Administration will get preference.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: 1. Brand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Define brand positioning, communication strategy, and value propositions for each product segment (poultry, livestock, companion animals, etc.).
2. Marketing & Promotion
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Offline and digital).
- Develop and manage promotional materials such as leaflets for farmers, technical manuals, user guidelines, and advertisements.
- Coordinate participation in veterinary fairs, seminars, and field activities to enhance brand visibility.
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and oversee content calendars including product posts, educational videos, and awareness campaigns targeting farmers, veterinarians, and distributors.
- Monitor social media engagement, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with creative and digital agencies for design, video production, and online campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
4. Product Management
- Oversee product lifecycle management — from development and launch to post-launch evaluation.
- Monitor pricing, profitability, and competitive positioning in the market.
5. Sales Support & Training
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
- Provide sales support through promotional tools, campaigns, and product training sessions.
- Develop communication materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Frequent field visits to organize and communicate group discussions and seminars for Farmers and dealers.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track brand performance through sales data, market share, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
- Gather customer and field feedback to guide marketing decisions and innovation.
