- Must be 07 - 10 years of work experience in Real Estate Industry only.
Responsibilities & Context:
Applications are invited who have experience Billing & Contracting job from a reputed Real Estate company only.
- Sourcing new contractors according to the construction plan.
- Prepare contractor rate analysis, analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
- All Contractor`s rate negotiation, bill checking & processing.
- Prepare the CS, BOQ, estimation, labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, ratio of overhead and other related costs.
- Generate contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
- Respective work order checking to confirm all terms and condition.
- Bill Submission to audit and Co-Ordinate certifying hard copy of bill from audit.
- Processing bill in ERP and confirming BOQ from BPC.
- Verifying work quantity with audit personal by physical visit.
- Any other official task assigned by the departmental head / supervisor.
