Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and executing e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
∎ Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on company website and marketplaces.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
∎ Monitor and report on website performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop promotional campaigns and content.
∎ Assist in inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and manage inquiries, reviews, and feedback across digital channels.
∎ Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
