Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate store wise target aligning company financial objectives, initiatives to achieve monthly target and achieving monthly and yearly target
∎ Optimize and oversee operations to ensure store and staff efficiency
∎ Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
∎ Set standards and objectives for different stores like KPI, productivity parameters and expenses benchmark
∎ Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
∎ Deal with day-to-day problems of stores by providing creative and practical solutions
∎ Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as per monthly journey plan/ movement itinerary
∎ Ensure compliance with company’s policies and brand operational guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Evaluate the performance of the staff on an individual basis
∎ Acknowledge customer queries timely and effectively
∎ Lead your team to provide the best customer services
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
