Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application who has minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate industry .
∎ This is a full time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate new leads & potential clients.
∎ To follow up every prospect time to time.
∎ To convert leads into sales independently.
∎ To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new idea for attraction to the customer.
∎ To report to the team leader when & where required.
∎ Fulfill monthly or quarterly sales target.
∎ To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Real Estate Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ She/He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
