Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor daily operations of Accounts department such as accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, and treasury etc.
∎ Forecast budgeting, cash, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, fixed asset, debt activity etc.
∎ Ensure management of funds.
∎ Prepare and monitor overall master budget of all running projects to ensure financial control over projects' cost.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly operational budget based on collection status as per company policy to ensure matching of fund inflow and outflow of the month.
∎ Prepare and review monthly and other periodic financial reporting as per accounting standards to submit the management and provide financial performance and position of the company.
∎ Analyze the Project cost as per recorded financial information, allocating the general expenses among the projects with appropriate judgments and cost concepts
∎ Collaborate with procurement department to improvise purchase and payment procedures in day to day operation
∎ Ensure all financial transaction after proper checking.
∎ Maintain regular correspondence with Banks.
∎ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
∎ Identify and set working procedure and standard to face annual audits.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA and MBA in Finance/ Accounting or CA-CC partly qualified
∎ Good knowledge in existing NBR company law and VAT, TAX system
∎ Minimum 6 years’ experience in Finance & Accounts department
∎ Experience in engineering and construction company will get preference
∎ Strong knowledge in MS Office Package, Troyee and other relevant accounting software
∎ The applicants should have experience in bank reconciliation, budgetary control, business planning and budgeting, cost & management accounting, financial analysis and reporting, Tax, VAT, Income Tax
