Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University
∎ MBA will be added advantage for selection.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Project Plan and coordination plan based on Project award documents & contract terms and conditions.
∎ Should have Sound knowledge in Contraction Project Safety and standard.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Excel
∎ Should have ability to assess the Site level Materials requirement Vs Actual.
∎ Should Validate Site Materials at Actual usage Vs Procured
∎ Monthly basis Reporting of Stock availability & Prepare for following month.
∎ Summarizing QS from site level, Follow up Tracker of pending Bill with respect to maturity, preparation.
∎ Good Communication skills including preparing project reports at regular intervals & reconcile clients Requirements.
∎ Finalization of bills after completion of Project. Ensure Fast bill submission and timely payment collection.
∎ Attending Client Coordination meeting
∎ Getting inputs from site and preparing Billing and validating through engineering understanding.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 (three) years' experience in Construction Project management (Project Planning & Coordination)
∎ Experience in industrial & Infrastructure Civil Project will be added advantage
∎ Professional Training of Construction and Planning related will get preferences.
∎ 6 Year Experience (at least)
∎ Project Planning & Coordination Experience
∎ Experienced in large Scale Civil Infrastructure Project
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (But, Attractive salary will be settled based on Experience)
