Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to handle, execute & supervise multiple construction Activities at project.
∎ Should have Sound knowledge in Road Construction according to Safety and standard.
∎ Able to deal with international client in English
∎ Making Project Plan and coordination plan based on Project award documents & contract terms and conditions.
∎ Making detail project execution Schedule and Reporting
∎ Making Procurement Plan and according leading for Sourcing
∎ Analyzing Budgetary requirement and forecasting Project materials requirement
∎ Maintaining Monthly Cash Flow Requirement for Project Execution (Should have accuracy level of over 95%)
∎ Capable of Resource Management
∎ Should have ability to assess the Site Level Materials Requirement Vs Actual.
∎ Monthly basis Reporting of Stock availability & Prepare for following month. Should accuracy level over 95%.
∎ Able to guide the contractors & control progress of work and reporting accordingly to management and client.
∎ Summarizing QS from site level, Follow up Tracker of pending Bill with respect to maturity, preparation.
∎ Good Communication skills including preparing project reports at regular intervals
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines & reconcile clients Requirements.
∎ Finalization of bills after completion of Project. Ensure Fast bill submission and timely payment collection.
∎ Should have Capacity to control and monitoring of overall Project Operational cost.
