∎ Candidate with CC completed is preferable.

∎ Skilled in Excel.
∎ Familiarities with accounting software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining inter-company transactions.
∎ Maintaining accounting activities with a proper work process.
∎ Maintain and review all billing processes (accounts payable and receivable).
∎ Ensure timely data entry in the ledger or register of the accounting system and report accordingly.
∎ Maintaining bank-related transactions and bank reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipt and payment vouchers, the cash book, the general ledger book, the party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ Provide account and financial information to line manager and record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting into the accounting ledger.
∎ Ensure proper implementation and functioning of financial policies and procedures at the factory level.
∎ Preparing and maintaining company accounts, cash, bank transactions, received and payment statements, cash and fund flow statements, stock records, trial balances, profit-and-loss accounts, Tax and VAT management, etc.
∎ Ensure the preparation and submission of periodic (monthly, half-yearly, or yearly) financial reports to the management.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions, and daily transactions.
∎ Familiar accounting software like Quick book, Tally & ERP software.
∎ Any other task assigned from time to time by the management.
