Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Preferably Master's/MBA in Accounting Background
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Credit Rating, Financial/Banking service, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Reporting and Documentation, VAT and Tax, Voucher Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage total accounting Systems of the company including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, Payroll, ordering procedures etc.
∎ Preparation of Draft Financial Statutory Audited Report
∎ Preparation of monthly budget, weekly, and daily fund requisition.
∎ Preparation of monthly cash flow.
∎ Responsible for worker, executive, non-executive salary disbursement.
∎ Calculates and records loan profit calculation, reconciliation, and posting in accounting software.
∎ All types of voucher JV, PV, RV, CV posting and monitor in accounting software.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Maintain daily cash book and bank book.
∎ Responsible and Monitor for all types of payment, receipt.
∎ Communicate with audit firm regarding documentations.
∎ Any other task assign by mentor and management.
∎ VAT & TAX management knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts, CA CC, CMA part completed, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food manufacturing company, Pharmaceuticals, Chain shop, FMCG
