Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term strategic marketing plans, sales plans. Forecast to achieve company's sales target and objectives for both products & services.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in Industrial Equipment (Diesel Generator, Water treatment-ETP/STP/WTP, Construction EQ, Laundry Kitchen and Petro Bangla EQ etc.) market.
∎ Regular KOL visit and set up meeting with potential Clients. Conduct market research to identify target customer and evaluate customer needs.
∎ Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
∎ Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Builds and Maintain a department structure, operating standard and paretic's ensure the right people at right place and adaptable to evolving business needs.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in Industrial Equipment market.
∎ Create new industrial customer and monitoring running corporate business of the company and tender process of different organization.
∎ Market assessments, sales trends analysis and product and sales movements to ensure development of a robust business plan and its implementation.
∎ Required to submit reports to the MD/CEO and also discuss in any kind of business promotional cost/financial disbursement for achieving the goal.
∎ Make report on sales, forecast, product base market position, new product introduce and how to increase market in a position.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
