Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
Minimum 15+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a large RMG factory.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent communication and team management skills
Hands-on knowledge of modern maintenance systems (TPM, Lean, etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the entire mechanical maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of all production and utility machinery.
- Ensure minimum breakdown and maximum machine efficiency.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance cost control.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and utility departments for operational support.
- Train and develop technical staff to enhance performance and safety.
- Any other task assign by management
