Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 35 to 45 years
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Practical knowledge in finishing layout, machinery, and finishing chemicals.
Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and reporting systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise all finishing floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Monitor finishing quality standards, folding, packing, and carton loading as per buyer requirements.
Ensure proper planning, manpower allocation, and productivity improvement.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments to meet shipment deadlines.Maintain records of daily finishing output, rework, and wastage control.
Implement and monitor 5S and lean management practices in finishing areas.
Train and motivate finishing team members to achieve efficiency and compliance standards.Handle buyer visits, audits, and ensure compliance with factory SOPs and safety regulations.
Any other task assign by management
