• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / IPE/ any relevant field.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Practical knowledge in finishing layout, machinery, and finishing chemicals.

• Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.

• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and reporting systems.

• Lead and supervise all finishing floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

• Monitor finishing quality standards, folding, packing, and carton loading as per buyer requirements.

• Ensure proper planning, manpower allocation, and productivity improvement.
  Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments to meet shipment deadlines.

• Maintain records of daily finishing output, rework, and wastage control.

• Implement and monitor 5S and lean management practices in finishing areas.
  Train and motivate finishing team members to achieve efficiency and compliance standards.

• Handle buyer visits, audits, and ensure compliance with factory SOPs and safety regulations.
