Job Context:
∎ Misham Feeds Limited established in 2011 with a mission to deliver high quality Poultry, Fish & Cattle feed to enhance the productivity of Bangladesh agro based industry. The company has been maintaining valued customers by providing Day Old Chicks, feeds and services all over the country. For its market expansion we need personnel to recruit the following posts.
∎ Job Location : Rajshahi, Rangpur & Dhaka Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for poultry, cattle, fish feed and day old chicks sales and marketing through potential dealers should be smart and target oriented.
∎ Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and dealers.
∎ Communication with the customers for sales order, payment and promotional activities.
∎ Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve sales the target.
∎ Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Presentation preparing about sales and monitoring report.
∎ Prepare sales action plans, strategies & schedule sales activity.
∎ Plan and execute effective marketing activities to accelerate sales.
∎ Candidates should be able to work with logical planning.
∎ An ability to work independently and as a team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Independently worked at least 08/10 years as a Manager/Sr. Manager with reputed organization
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ TA/DA and Mobiles allowance, sales incentives will be given as per company policy.
∎ Festival Bonus: 02.
