∎ MBA/ Masters in Marketing is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Food & Beverage.
∎ Liaison and Networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and competitor organizations.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Develop business plan and marketing strategy and monitor proper implementation to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.
∎ Proper execution of marketing promotional activities in line with long term strategies.
∎ Plans for promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
∎ Monitors competitor products/service standards and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
∎ Directs market channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Prepares daily / weekly/ Monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
∎ Target orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementation sales plans.
∎ Ensuring corporate sales with monthly target.
∎ Initiatives for business with modern trade and E-Commerce.
∎ Work closely with RSM/ZSM and SO to monitor progress, solving market problems.
∎ Dealer/ Depot setup with target for rapid market growth.
∎ Ensure regular dealer’s DOs (Demand Orders) and products lifting by his team.
∎ Frequent market visit and market opportunity assessment.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience as AGM (Sales) level in Food & Beverage Industry.
∎ Experience in Sales ( Food & Beverage ) is more preferable.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in home & abroad.
∎ Work at office and outside of office if and when required.
∎ Well mannered, well behave and well rounded.
∎ Highly energetic physically and mentally.
∎ Confident, Good speaker, Team player & Motivator.
