∎ 12+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success in the health sector (Pharmaceuticals sales / Hospital / Diagnostic sales).
∎ Capable to lead a nationwide sales team and able to achieve company sales target, company objectives and goals.
∎ Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
∎ Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales processes in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
∎ 12+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success in the health sector (Pharmaceuticals sales / Hospital / Diagnostic sales).

∎ Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
∎ Use market insights to develop and refine sales strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
∎ Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
∎ Ensure that the sales team provides excellent customer service and maintains high standards of professionalism.
