Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Set policies and processes.
Ensure production excellence to achieve the target.
Implement and monitor efficient processes to improve productivity.
Manage the entire Cut to Ship process ensuring timely and efficient production.
Coordinate between Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing, and Finish Goods departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain high-quality standards across all production floors.
Lead, mentor and motivate the operations team to achieve peak performance.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards.
