Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA (Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business Development Responsibilities: Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
∎ Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
∎ Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
∎ Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
∎ Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
∎ Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
∎ Possessing a strong understanding of the company's products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
∎ Managing and training a business development team.
∎ Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.
∎ Land Responsibilities: Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
∎ Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Convergent with oral & written communication in English.
∎ Will have challenging attitude.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Land Acquisition, Land Procurement
