∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, VAT and Tax, VAT Tax Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the accounting activities on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all Books of Accounts
∎ Monitor monthly expenses provision process;
∎ Ensure monthly books of accounts are closed on time;
∎ Reconcile all sort of GL with ERP;
∎ Ensure LC wise inventory acquisition cost and monthly inventory valuation;
∎ Ensure all fixed assets acquired by company are recorded, impaired, depreciated and disposed correctly;
∎ Maintain proper project accounting and provide monthly project wise financial reports.
∎ Maintain liaison with banking, taxation, IT and procurement team.
∎ Face external/statutory auditors, internal, consultants, and others
∎ Ensure the Local regularity compliance with TAX/VAT/RJSC
∎ Make bridge between Accounts & Finance department and IT department
∎ Co-ordinate with external and internal ERP implementation team
∎ Place requirements for every module and sub-module
∎ All other necessary works to establish the ERP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Professional Certification: Partly or Qualified CMA
∎ Accounts Related Software
∎ Any kind of Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering will get advantage.
