Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or Masters in Accounting. The candidate must have GPA-5 or first class in SSC and HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct financial planning and strategy;
∎ Analyze and report on financial performance;
∎ Oversee audit along with direct and indirect tax functions;
∎ Develop and implement accounting policies;
∎ Prepare forecasts and comprehensive budgets;
∎ Ensure timely and proper statutory and group reporting audits;
∎ Lead accounting staff;
∎ Review departmental budgets;
∎ Assess, manage and minimize financial risks to the business;
∎ Analyze complex financial data;
∎ Manage internal controls;
∎ Manage the balance sheet structure to minimize cost of capital;
∎ Maintain optimal management of company's Net Working Capital, cash and cash equivalents;
∎ Facilitate effective tax management ensuring compliance with all tax laws including VAT;
∎ Carry out any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years’ working experience at relevant field

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
