Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify online and offline sales point of sales for Truce Beauty, including conventional and unconventional partnerships. (Current targets include high-end beauty stores, modern trade shops, specialty retail shops and salons)
∎ Create sales collateral for each segment and use that to engage with potential customers.
∎ Lock in agreements with customers and secure shelving.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery of products, shelving and marketing materials (with the help of sales and marketing force) to all clients.
∎ Help with live activation and events as needed.
∎ Help with branding needs as needed.
∎ Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
∎ Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
∎ Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 02 years of experience in Brand Marketing with proven track record in any reputed national or multinational FMCG Company.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen.
∎ An excellent team player with strategic planning experience
