∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed University (Major in Accounting)

∎ Skills Required: Good knowledge in MS office
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, Accounts Payable, Microsoft Excel, petty cash management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Retail Store, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to receive bills from concerned departments & send bills to assurance department (if relevant) & follow-up;
∎ Maintain record approved bill in accounting system;
∎ Maintain excel database for reconciliation;
∎ Maintain requisition as per payment request;
∎ Assist to prepare BFTN format for treasury & collect deeds from concern departments;
∎ Maintain & preserve various supporting documents;
∎ Assist to send files to warehouse in regular interval & maintain excel for control;
∎ Assist to provide supporting documents for various purposes as required;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have hands-on experience with Accounts & Finance software
∎ Good at reporting and presentation
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships & good at teamwork
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated to take new initiatives
